Terms of service

1. Eligibility. You must be at least the age of majority where you live to make a purchase.

2. Products and pre-orders. Many products are sold as pre-orders and made in small batches. Ship dates are estimates. If a pre-order is delayed, we'll notify you and offer a full refund. Images may be design renderings, and the final product may vary slightly. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing and payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may cancel orders placed in error or with pricing mistakes, with a full refund. Limit one discount code per order unless stated otherwise.

4. Returns. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Product safety. Our garments are meant to be worn with age-appropriate adult supervision. Check buttons, snaps, and trims regularly. Do not use our garments as sleepwear.

6. Intellectual property. The Hollow Little Goods name, designs, logos, photos, and text belong to us and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability won't exceed what you paid for the product.

8. Changes. We may update these terms by posting them here.
