Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping typically arrives 3–7 business days after it ships. Express shipping typically arrives 1–3 business days after it ships.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then email us at hollowlittlegoods@gmail.com and we'll help however we can.

Returns and Exchanges

If something isn't right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Beanies are final sale for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start a return or exchange, email hollowlittlegoods@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) involved. We'll send return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
